These terms apply when you book a trial class or enrol in classes with An-Nuzum Academy ("An-Nuzum", "we", "us"). By booking or attending a class you agree to them.
Our classes
We offer live online classes in Quran, Islamic Studies, Arabic, Bangla, English and Abacus Math. Classes for children are one-to-one. Class length, days and times are agreed between you and our team.
Free trial class
Your first class is free. There is no obligation to continue after the trial.
Fees and payment
- There is no admission fee.
- We do not take tuition fees in advance. Fees are paid monthly for classes already taken, as agreed with our team.
- Fees depend on class length and the number of days per week, as shown on our website or confirmed by our team.
- You can pay by card, PayPal, Wise, Revolut, bank transfer, bKash, Nagad or a remittance service.
Schedule changes and missed classes
Please tell us as early as possible if your child cannot attend. Our team will try to arrange a make-up class. Classes missed without notice may still be counted.
Teachers
We assign a suitable Ustaz or Ustaza for your child. You may ask for a female teacher or a change of teacher at any time.
Conduct
We expect respectful behaviour from students, parents and teachers. We may pause or end classes if this is not followed.
Stopping classes
You can stop classes at any time by telling our team. Because we do not take fees in advance, you only pay for classes already taken.
Liability
We do our best to provide good teaching and a reliable service, but we are not responsible for problems caused by internet or device issues outside our control.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
